Mets Therapy

In  today's episode we break down the electric MLB debut of A.J. Ewing, the dominant win over Detroit, and why Mets fans are suddenly feeling something dangerous: hope. We dive into Ewing’s impact, the renewed energy around the lineup, and whether this team might actually be, dare it say it… fun again.  #mets #baseball #ewing

The New York Mets have officially promoted top prospect AJ Ewing, and Mets Therapy breaks down what fans can expect from the exciting new center fielder making his MLB debut. We dive into Ewing’s elite speed, defensive upside, minor league production, and how he could impact a struggling Mets lineup immediately. Is AJ Ewing the spark the Mets desperately need, or are expectations getting too high too fast?

On Today's Mets Therapy, we break down the current state of the Mets: inconsistent offense, bullpen chaos, and a roster permanently stuck between “contender” and “group project gone wrong.” We also talk about what actually needs to change — besides the collective emotional stability of the fanbase. #newyorkmets #mets #baseball
